- How long is the course?
- The Mini MBA in Marketing course runs for ten weeks before the exam is released. You will then have two weeks to submit the exam. It takes three weeks to mark the exam before handing out grades and releasing the exam feedback module. The April cohort will have access to the programme until the 31 July 2023.
- Is the course accredited?
- The Mini MBA in Marketing course is accredited by the Continuous Professional Development Standards Office.
- How will I access the course?
- You’ll need to be registered to the site to access our elearning platform. If you haven’t done so already, you can register here.
- Once the course begins, you’ll be able to log in on the main Mini MBA page.
- How much is the course and how do I book?

- How will I watch the video lectures?
- Anywhere with internet access! The Mini MBA in Marketing has been designed to be easily accessed in the office, on the go (via tablet or mobile) or from the comfort of your home.
- Harvard Business Review, Marketing Week and readings from other sources can be downloaded from the elearning platform and read offline. Sometimes we will provide an interactive reading or video, which will require internet access.
- How long will it take to complete the course?
- We recommend spending at least two hours per module to watch the videos and complete the readings. You will have two weeks to submit the exam.
- Your exam submission will be graded on a scale of A–D and there will be a feedback session looking at the correct and incorrect answers at the end of the programme.
- How will I collect my CPD certification?
- Once your exam has been graded, you will be able to log in to the elearning platform, view your grade and download your certificate.
- Your Mini MBA in Marketing certification will include your grade and CPD credits. If you choose not to take the exam, your certificate with CPD credits will be available to download once exam results have been published.
- When will the on-demand Q&As take place?
- We will share the date and time ahead of the start of the programme, but usually the on-demand Q&As happen every Friday at 10am GMT.

- The course runs each April and September The next course begins on 25 April 2023.
- How long is the course?
- The Mini MBA in Brand Management course runs for ten weeks before the simulation. You will then have two weeks to work in the simulation. And then the simulation review will be released in the Course Conclusion workshop. The April cohort will have access to the programme until the 31 July 2023.
- How many CPD credits do I get?
- The Mini MBA in Brand Management course is accredited by the Continuous Professional Development Standards Office and you get 36 credits for completing the course.

- How will I watch the video lectures?

- How long will I have access to the modules?
- The videos will be available on-demand for the duration of the course. The April 2023 cohort will have access to the content until the 31 July 2023.

- When will the on-demand Q&As take place?
- We will share the date and time ahead of the start of the programme, but usually the on-demand Q&As happen every other Friday at 12pm GMT.
- How does the simulation work?
- The final exam is a bespoke MBA-Level simulation adapted from the StratX BrandPro simulations used at business schools around the world. You’ll be put in charge of managing your very own brand ‘Moon’ and putting your brand plan through its paces in a competitive, simulated market for five years. You will have two weeks to submit your exam via the learning platform. Your brand plan and the simulation outcome will be evaluated based on the final share price of the brand you managed.
- How will I collect my CPD certification?
- Once your exam has been graded, you will be able to log in to the elearning platform, view your grade and download your certificate. Your Mini MBA in Brand Management certification will include your grade and CPD credits. If you choose not to take the exam, your certificate with CPD credits will be available to download once exam results have been published.
- How are grades allocated?
- Your grade will be determined by the final share price at the end of the brand simulation. Those participating in the Simulator will receive a letter grade that will be displayed on their certificate.

- Is there a particular order?
- Not necessarily. There are several dozen students who have done the brand course first and then the marketing one second. It can be done in this way and still work well, but the ideal sequence would be marketing, then brand for a well-trained team

- How do you get the most out of the course?
- By preserving a consistent business-wide approach to marketing, the Mini MBA provides a way to on board new team members and upskill established ones to ensure everyone has the same fundamental knowledge.
- Study together – create internal teams to study and discuss the modules. Prepare questions on each module and ask Mark directly in the course live (you will be invited by the course training team to put forward a question to Mark to be answered within the interactive online Q&As).
- Time it – diarise regular meetings within your group to collectively go through the videos. Discuss and challenge the learnings within a safe environment; place the learnings into your own business.
- Build a leader board – praise your top learners and launch an internal competition on who is on track with the modules. A bit of healthy competition has never hurt anyone.

- What happens once I’ve booked?
- Once the booking has been successfully completed the following happens:
- Consultation – book a meeting with our specialist team to assess your training requirements and select the best Mini MBA product to match your company needs.
- Enrolment – all the ‘boring stuff’ that needs to be done; the team will sit down with your specialist to get the required paperwork over to you.
- Course Management – you will be introduced to our learning advisor to take you through the course delivery, schedule and structure.
- Evaluation – your team will be assessed on a weekly basis via progress emails, as well as at the end of the term through a non-mandatory written assessment alongside a course certificate.
- Once the booking has been successfully completed the following happens:
- Is it easy to book small or large teams?
- Yes. All we need is a list of delegate names and their email addresses.
- Can my team start the course anytime?
- Courses commence in either April or September. Bespoke courses work around your requirements.
- Can I book delegates from different locations?
- Yes. We do this often for national and global companies.
- What happens if my delegate list changes?
- No problem at all. We will work with you to reallocate the place/s or defer to the next course.
