Learn leadership from leaders.
“Time to invest in your career progression”
Making managers out of marketers.
All marketers should (and very often do) reach a point where they walk the line between marketing and business management. This course is designed to help anyone who’s already earned their marketing stripes to learn what it takes to make it in the boardroom too.
Over 12 weeks, ten internationally renowned professors from some of the world’s leading business schools will be taking you through the fundamentals of successful management. Each of the ten modules will focus on a key part of an MBA syllabus, from Organisational Behaviour and Finance through to Negotiation and Conscious Capitalism.
Taught by an expert in their field, each of the modules is designed for marketers with serious ambition about where their career will go next, concluding with a global-business simulation that will put everything you’ve learned into practice and determine your final grade.
The skills you need to stand out.

You can download Harvard Business Review, Marketing Week and any other readings from the elearning platform so you can read them offline whenever suits you. Sometimes there might be an interactive reading or video, and you’ll need internet access for those. And, of course, you’ll need internet access to complete the simulation.
The videos will be available on-demand for the duration of the course. The September 2023 cohort will have access to the course platform until 31 December 2023 and access to the Alumni Network until September 2024.
We’ll share the date and time before the programme kicks off, but usually the on-demand Q&As happen every other Friday at 12pm UK time.
From week three you’ll start to test what you’ve been learning within a competitive simulated environment used by top business schools around the world. After ‘six years’ operating one of eight car manufacturers in the fictional world of Autopia, your performance in the simulation will ultimately decide your final grade.
