  • How does the examination work?
    • The exam is essay based. You will be given a case study and three weeks to prepare a written response of up to 2000 words. It is primarily based on course video content, and additional reading is not necessary but may be helpful.
    • You’ll have two weeks to use the learnings from the course modules and your brand plan to execute the running of brand over a fictional 3-year period. The share price of your brand at the end of this period becomes your final grade on the course.
    • Is the exam mandatory?
    • Nope. Those not participating in the exam will receive a certificate with their CPD hours rather than an exam grade.
  • How long is the course?
    • The main body of the course is 10 weeks long, with an extra 2 weeks to mark your examination.
    • For those joining the April course, you will have access to all course material until 6 August. For those on the September course, your access will end on 31 December.

  • Does the course cover digital marketing?
    • As Mark might say, the digital prefix is inherently tactical in nature and execution. If you’ve been drinking the digital Kool-Aid, enrol now, it’s your only hope. While there is not a specific module on the course dedicated to Digital Marketing, Mark does touch on different aspects of this during the core MBA marketing subjects. The Mini MBA is designed to model the traditional content of the top business schools.
  • How do the Q&A sessions work?
    • You can submit your questions to Mark prior to the Q&A session every other week. Mark will answer most, if not all questions during the session and the recording will be made available for reference until the end of the course.

  • What are the time requirements?
    • Most students take around 2-3 hours per week to complete the Mini MBA in Marketing and about 3-4 hours per week to complete the Brand Management course.
  • Are there any discounts?
    • There are no discounts or promotions available for individuals or groups fewer than ten for either Mini MBA course. If you do end up taking the Marketing course, you’ll find out why discounts may not be a good marketing tactic in Module 8.
